How do I prepare for the call?
Just send us a couple of photos of your space beforehand and jot down the main things you would like to cover. There is no special preparation needed.
What platform do you use?
We use Zoom, and we are happy to use Google Meet or Microsoft Teams if you prefer. You receive a link in your confirmation email.
Can I record the session?
Yes, you are welcome to record the call for your own personal reference. Just let us know at the start.
What if I need more than an hour?
You can book a second Design Hour or upgrade to our Virtual Edit. We will let you know during the call if a fuller service would benefit you.
