Our valuations are performed by a RICS Registered Valuer with seven years industry experience.
We can support in the valuation of your property with both RICS accredited (Red Book) valuations such as Probate Valuations. But also Desktop valuations and Help-to-buy valuations.
We perform our valuations to the highest standard and can provide a complete valuation within 5 business days from initial instruction to the final report.

Probate Valuations are required following the unfortunate passing of a relative / friend where you are a beneficiary. We can value your property and provide a report which will be reviewed by your financial advisor.

Desktop Valuations can provide you with a Qualified Surveyors opinion of value on your residential or commercial property. This can be completed prior to the purchase of a property to reconfirm your view of a properties value.

Help-to-buy

A Help to Buy Valuation determines the amount repayable on a Help to Buy Equity Loan. This is in proportion to the current market value. The valuation consists of a physical inspection of the home and market research. This is to determine the value of the property and is completed by a RICS-registered valuer.
