Sawan is a chartered surveyor and co-founder of Amoka, a London property consultancy covering investment, agency, management and interiors across the UK, Dubai and beyond. He has worked in real estate since 2017, trained at JLL and Cushman & Wakefield, and has worked with international clients including J.P. Morgan, BNY Mellon, HSBC and GSK. Sawan owns and manages a portfolio of commercial and residential property in Kenya and the UK, with expansion into Dubai, and combines his institutional and personal experience to support clients on their own property investment journeys.
